The CardBoard Collectors Show – Vendor Rules & Guidelines

Thank you for being part of The CardBoard Collectors Show! We’re excited to have you with us and want to make sure the event runs smoothly for everyone. Please read the following rules carefully:

1. Vendor Badges

All vendors will receive badges before the show begins. Vendor badges must be worn and visible at all times during the event.

* Lost or missing badges can be replaced for a $5 fee.

* Please do not allow anyone into the vendor area without a badge, including friends or family members.

* The vendor area is restricted to authorized badge holders only.

2. Vendor Area & Venue Respect

Please keep your booth area clean throughout the event.

* Be careful with food and beverages around your setup.

* No tacks, tape, staples, or adhesives may be used on the venue walls for banners or displays.

* Any items attached to walls will need to be removed immediately per venue policy.

We appreciate your cooperation and respect for the venue.

3. No Early Breakdown

Please do not leave or break down your booth early. Empty tables hinder the experience for customers & fellow vendors alike. 

If you absolutely must leave early for any reason, please notify a host beforehand and get someone to cover your table. Our goal is not to keep you captive but simply to keep a full show for the best customer experience! 

4. Personal Belongings

Please keep an eye on your inventory and personal belongings at all times.

The CardBoard Collectors Show, event hosts, and venue are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend the show, please notify us as soon as possible.

* Vendors have up to 2 weeks before the event to cancel & receive a partial refund.

* Partial refund policy is 

* 4-8 weeks is 80% refund

* 2-3weeks is 50% refund

* Any cancellations made after that deadline will be non-refundable.

6. Setup & Show Hours

Friday Setup

* 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Saturday

* Vendor Entry: 7:00 AM

* Public Entry: 10:00 AM

* Show Ends: 6:00 PM

Sunday

* Vendor Entry: 8:00 AM

* Public Entry: 10:00 AM

* Show Ends: 5:00 PM

Load Out

* Vendors must be fully loaded out by 8:00 PM on Sunday

7. Be Ready Before Doors Open

All vendors are expected to be fully set up and ready by 10:00 AM before attendees enter the show.

Unless, of course, someone buys out your table 5 minutes before opening — in that case, congratulations! 🎉 Go buy out someone else!!🔥

8. No Fake Counterfeit Cards Or Collectibles 

Absolutely no fake or counterfeit cards or collectibles are allowed at the show. Any vendor caught selling counterfeit items will be asked to leave immediately. We want to keep the hobby safe, fun, and authentic for everyone.
